I love R
About 13 years ago, I finished my master's degree in genetics and started working as a bioinformatician. I discovered the joy of data analysis and fell in love with the final step: building great charts.
To document what I learned, I created the R Graph Gallery, a collection of chart examples with code and explanations. Examples are sorted by chart types. There are hundreds of them, and you don't want to know how long I spent making them!

I never stopped my quest for great graphs, and ggplot2 has been a huge part of that journey. It has inspired so much creativity, and over the years, I’ve continued to collect the best examples for the gallery. What you can do with R is just incredible.
